Company founder, Troy DeBraal, serves as CEO of MediaViz. Before being inspired to create the world’s first personalized A.I., Troy was COO at San Diego Legion a founding franchise in Major League Rugby, led digital transformation for multiple Fortune 100 companies at Cynergy, and was a part of leadership at KPMG. Out of the office Troy enjoys making art, digging for old soul records, and cooking with family.

Nick Tirrell serves as Chief Technology Officer. Prior to joining MediaViz, Inc. in 2023, he held technology leadership roles at organizations large and small across Health & Wellness, Live Events, and CPG sectors. Nick lives on New Hampshire’s Seacoast and enjoys skiing, cycling, and wildlife.

Haki is a seasoned product development professional with over 6 years of experience successfully leading projects from inception to market launch. With a deep understanding of agile methodologies and various business tools, he has a proven track record of delivering innovative and user-centric products. Outside of work, Haki has a passion for music and cooking.

Peter has over 30 years of experience in high-volume photography, beginning his career at Jostens and later joining Sony’s Digital School Photography initiative, which was acquired by Jostens. In 1999, he founded Icon Experience Photography, expanded his expertise through roles at Technicare Photo Lab and Jalea, and in 2020, became Head of Sales at Fotomerchant before coming over to MediViz AI. Peter is also a passionate Lord of the Rings fan, known as Grandalf to his grandkids.

Originally from Connecticut and now residing in South Carolina, Sarah is a digital marketer specializing in product marketing, content creation and optimization, and advertising. Sarah has been reading and writing in her spare time ever since she could remember, and now gets to translate that into her everyday work. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys traveling, reading, relaxing on the beach, and trying out new restaurants.

Heath has been a consultant in the technology software space for over 23 years. He brings deep expertise in bridging the gap between cutting-edge software solutions and the unique needs of the photo and video industry. His extensive background includes guiding companies through the adoption of new technologies, optimizing workflows, and integrating innovative software tools to enhance the creative and operational aspects of photography businesses. He is recognized for his ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies, helping teams and organizations stay ahead in an ever-evolving digital landscape. In his free time, he loves to travel, snowboard in the Rocky Mountains, research new technologies and stocks, and spend time with his family.

Before joining MediaViz, Caleb worked as a software engineering consultant to enterprises building new products, upgrading to the latest architectures and streamlining data flow. He lives in Denver, Colorado and spends his time outside of work skiing, cooking, reading, and playing soccer.

Before joining MediaViz, Dallin worked across various industries applying innovative machine learning solutions to complex problems. He has a passion for building and improving systems, solving challenging problems, and driving innovation in AI. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his family, reading classical literature, and writing.

Nick Gara applies his engineering expertise to drive innovation in software and AI. His professional journey, marked by diverse roles in software development, reflects his deep passion for technology and problem-solving. Away from the keyboard, Nick is equally skilled with his hands, enjoying car repairs and various home renovation projects.

PK began her career in software development, joining her first team thanks to her keen eye for detail and problem-solving skills. Here, she gained extensive experience, eventually leading QA at an insurance software company for two years. After reconnecting with Troy and the MediaViz team, she joined as a full-time as a QA Engineer in 2024. PK is passionate about QA, calling it her "Professional Heart Song" and loves ensuring the best user experience before each release. In her free time, she enjoys crochet in the Japanese style called amigurumi, caring for her many houseplants, training her dogs, and learning about the new and interesting changes occurring on the Software Development landscape.

Saad leads our Frontend Engineering team, and he has built various applications in the Geo-Spatial & Healthcare tech fields. He's passionate about all things Frontend and creating the best user experiences. When he's not building software, you can find him teaching philosophy, traveling the world, and spending time with his Pekingese pup, Gizmo.

Andrew Schmied started as a Strategic Advisor with MediaViz in 2020. He is a graphics industry veteran, deep tech entrepreneur and CSO at M2 Insights. Andrew brings advanced HMI, 3D, MIMD and AI solutions to Consumer, Enterprise, and Industrial sectors. Andrew’s work with Samsung, Apple, Microsoft, Intel, has created new digital experiences, environmental benefits, and analytic capabilities.

Dr. Hairong Qi is currently the Gonzalez Family Professor with the Min H. Kao Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. Dr. Qi’s research in imaging, computer vision and machine learning is supported by the National Science Foundation and NASA among others.

Justin Williams serves as the Board Advisor on AI. Previously, he led innovative technology solution teams for Fortune 100 companies like Microsoft and United Health Group. Past leadership positions include Founder of Tinman Kinetic, LLC and Directorships at KPMG and digital agency Cynergy. He’s commitment to ethical AI, philanthropy, and loves restoring classic cars with his kids. No microchips allowed!
